The Leading Manufacturer culture is centered on ethics, integrity and trust. Our values drive how we treat each other, our customers, suppliers, partners and even our competitors. By combining uncompromising character, transparent business behavior, mutual respect, and world-class products and services, we seek to build a culture that creates satisfied customers, engaged employees and sustainable, profitable growth. Our ethical business practices support global efforts to assist in the eradication of human rights abuses.
Our Code of Conduct incorporates and reinforces Leading Manufacturer Values and the laws, regulations and policies that apply to our business. It also helps our associates understand the importance of integrity at Leading Manufacturer and our commitment to conducting business in an honest, ethical and transparent manner.

Upholding our Code of Conduct, our values, and our integrity culture is the responsibility of each Leading Manufacturer associate. All of our associates are empowered and encouraged to speak up and report concerns. We have multiple resources available to report concerns, including anonymous options through our Ethics Hotline. We take reports seriously and conduct prompt and thorough investigations. We prohibit retaliation and no adverse action will be taken when associates:
- Refuse to do something that violates our Code of Conduct, policies, or the law, even if the refusal results in a loss of business to Leading Manufacturer.
- Raise a concern in good faith about a potential ethical issue.
- Cooperate in an investigation.
Anyone retaliating against an associate for these reasons will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship.
Supplier Compliance
While governments have the duty to protect the rights of citizens, we are committed to upholding human rights as a universal obligation to Leading Manufacturer’s global business practices. We expect all our business partners to respect and uphold the human rights principles set forth in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
As an extension of this expectation, suppliers are required to operate with integrity and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while promoting safe, ethical and responsible working conditions across their operations and supply chains. By holding our suppliers to these standards, we strengthen a supply chain that reflects Leading Manufacturer’s values and supports sustainable, responsible business conduct worldwide.

The Chief Compliance Officer reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and has access and reporting responsibility to the Audit Committee of Leading Manufacturer’s Board of Directors.
